WWE NXT WarGames 2021 aired last night with two separate WarGames matches on the card from the male and female division. A Hair vs. Hair match went down on the same night where the NXT Cruiserweight Title was also on the line. Here are the results from the show that took place at the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida.
– Women’s War Games Match: Team Raquel (Raquel González, Io Shirai, Kay Lee Ray, and Cora Jade) defeated Team Dakota (Dakota Kai and Toxic Attraction (NXT Women’s Champion Mandy Rose and NXT Women’s Tag Team Champions Gigi Dolin & Jacy Jayne) in the opening WWE NXT WarGames contest.
KLR and Kai opened the match and the finish saw Jade rolling up Jayne from behind for the win. Kai and Toxic Attraction couldn’t believe that Jade actually made the pinfall happen.

– Boa stated that Mei Ying passed her spirit into his body, and now he can’t control the power. A shaman is also likely to appear on this upcoming Tuesday night on NXT.
– NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Imperium (Marcel Barthel and Fabian Aichner) (c) defeated Kyle O’Reilly and Von Wagner to retain their titles. The finish saw Barthel and Fabian hitting the Imperium Bomb on Kyle to secure the win. After the match, Von Wagner turned heel on Kyle and tried to attack him, but Kyle escaped it.
WWE NXT WarGames 2021: Hair vs. Hair match
– In the Hair vs. Hair Match on WWE NXT WarGames 2021, Cameron Grimes defeated Duke Hudson. Grimes countered a Razor’s Edge and rolled Hudson up with a handful of tights to get the win. Duke tried to escape after the match, but Cameron stopped him and nailed him with a Cave-In finisher. Afterward, he shaved Hudson’s head as per the stipulation.
– NXT New Year’s Evil was announced to take place on January 4, 2022
– In the NXT Cruiserweight Championship Match, Roderick Strong (c) (with Diamond Mine faction) defeated Joe Gacy (with Harland) to retain the title. Strong survived a Powerbomb from Gacy and nailed a jumping knee, out of nowhere. Strong then dropped Gacy’s back over his knees for the pin to retain at WWE NXT WarGames 2021.
– In a backstage segment, Kyle O’Reilly said he was aware of the potential heel-turn of Von Wagner. Kyle then challenged him to a Steel Cage Match on this coming Tuesday’s episode of NXT 2.0.
– In the main event of WWE NXT WarGames 2021, the Men’s War Games Match went down where Team New School (Bron Breakker, NXT North American Champion Carmelo Hayes, Grayson Waller, and Tony D’Angelo) defeated Team Old School (NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa, Johnny Gargano, Pete Dunne, and LA Knight).

The finish of the match witnessed Breakker pressing Ciampa high in the air and turning that into a powerslam in the middle of the ring for the pin to win. Team NXT 2.0 stood tall to send the show off-air.
