For the better part of late 2020, there were tons of rumors about Tessa Blanchard being the hottest free agent in professional wrestling. There was seemingly a tug of war within WWE and AEW over this top prospect about a potential future signing. However, even after a year had passed by that free agent status hasn’t been removed. While the prospect remains attached to the circuit, she could have changed up her look, big-time as seen in the latest photos.
Tessa Blanchard shared a number of photos on her Instagram and Twitter accounts which could be from a date night with her husband, Daga. In the first set of photos, her face-cutting was seemingly changed and at a glance, we did have troubles recognizing her. You can check those shots out as given below,
There’s no update whether the make-up caused the look change or she used an Instagram filter to alter her original face appearance. In that same dress, Tessa Blanchard also posted another set of photos with the caption, “The Game Changer.” Nothing was specifically noted about her these outings where former WWE Superstar Lana fka CJ Perry commented. Also, veteran wrestler Gail Kim praised those shots.

Tessa Blanchard is yet to be signed with any company
Reports were out back in March 2021 that AAA Latin American Champion Daga may be headed to AEW while nothing was confirmed regarding Tessa Blanchard. Daga is currently signed to AAA, where he is also a former AAA World Cruiserweight Champion. There’s no update on when that AEW debut may happen, but the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that there have been talks of the company bringing him in.
Back in December of last year, it was reported that Tessa Blanchard was still celebrating her recent marriage to fellow wrestler Daga. It was noted that the third-generation wrestler was waiting for the pandemic to get over before she could make any further move in her career.
Tessa Blanchard has been away from pro wrestling for the most part since finishing up with Impact Wrestling, last summer. She left the promotion as World Champion after her contract was terminated days before it was set to expire with the company.
