Injuries continue to trouble WWE Raw Superstars as they’re heading into WrestleMania 38. After Becky Lynch, another champion from the Raw roster was hurt during this past weekend’s Live Event. As given below in the picture, Carmella is the one to pick up an injury as she suffered a wound to her head during the house show that took place in Colombus, Georgia.
Carmella, one half of the Women’s Tag Team Champions, was part of a six-woman tag team match, teaming alongside WWE RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch, the other half of the Women’s Tag Champion Queen Zelina, and Doudrop to take on the team of Liv Morgan, Bianca Belair, and Rhea Ripley. Despite it being a 4-on-3 situation for the heels, they ended up suffering a loss.
Carmella’s team not only digested the loss but also ended up taking a nasty head bump during the match. Showing her scar, the WWE Raw Superstar offered the following via a post on Twitter,
“Be a lady wrestler, they said… it will be fun, they said..”
Carmella showed off her injury as it seems that the WWE Raw Superstar had to remove hair extensions from her scalp, causing some bleeding and inflammation.

Carmella has recently received a new digital reality series named “Corey and Carmella” from February 28 onwards which also features her boyfriend and WWE Raw commentator, Corey Graves. The WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions is also scheduled to defend their Titles against the respective teams of Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley, and Naomi and Sasha Banks at WrestleMania 38 in a Triple Threat.
Two WWE Live Events took place in the Southeast, this past weekend. WWE SmackDown stars visited Jackson, Mississippi while WWE Raw stars featured in an event in Colombus, Georgia. Highlights from the latter show included ex WWE NXT Champion Bron Breakker being in tag team action alongside Riddle versus Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode.
