Nikki Bella was in a full-fledged Super Bowl mode, a few days ago while visiting LA for the biggest sporting weekend in the USA. She is one of the very few WWE Superstars having mainstream attention who gets invitations to such promotional and red carpet events. Sometimes, the popular superstar also represents WWE in such programs.
In an interview with TV Insider, Nikki Bella admitted that her health issues and mom duties won’t allow her to make a full-time commitment when it comes to a WWE in-ring return. But she and her twin sister do have some plans for an eventual comeback.

The longest-reigning WWE Divas Champion has long been unable to “take a bump again” but she was able to get cleared for the 2022 30-Woman Royal Rumble match in January. Despite the rumors, it just appeared to be a one-off outing for her. But Nikki Bella noted in the same interview with TV Insider on how she still has tag team gold in mind,
“We really hope there is an opportunity to go after the tag titles.”
Back at The Rumble, Nikki Bella competed in her first televised match since October 2018. The Total Bellas star entered the Women’s Royal Rumble at the 24 spot, eliminated two participants before being eliminated herself by her sister Brie Bella. She did have the opportunity to feature in the ring with some current top superstars.

So, Nikki Bella proceeded to shower praise on the women’s roster who also has high hopes to work with them, down the line. She also name-dropped two of the former Women’s Champions who could be future opponents to dance in the ring,
“Being in the ring with Bianca Belair, I would love to come back and work with Bianca. I would love to come back and work with Rhea [Ripley]. I’m a huge fangirl of hers. Just seeing her presence in the ring-up close, I would die to do a story with her. It felt so cool to be in the ring again with Ronda [Rousey],” Nikki said. “She is just awesome and has an incredible presence. We all had a lot of fun in the locker room after.”
Nikki Bella is a two-time Divas Champion who used to love her WWE career, more than anything that led her to be a brand ambassador of the company, at one point. She also dated John Cena for several years which took her popularity to a whole new level, a few years ago. The two have since parted ways and got engaged to different personalities to move along in their separate lives.
