WWE RAW: Preview (6/8/18) – Ronda Rousey Competes, Summerslam Hypes

The beast incarnate was in an unleashed mode, as WWE Raw went off the air last week. He turned on his advocate, Paul Heyman that shocked the world. Apart from it, the Rowdy Ronda Rousey would be present in the house. We wonder whether this will leave any effect on the Universal Championship with just two weeks remaining from Summerslam. Also, there will be a special attraction on the show.
Ronda Rousey will compete on WWE Raw for the first time. It is the biggest attraction for tonight’s show, as she gears up for a championship opportunity at Summerslam. Also, there will be a first-time matchup on the show.
All of these will be in-store when WWE Raw comes live from the Jacksonville Veteran Memorials Arena in Jacksonville, Florida.
We could hardly believe our eyes when Brock Lesnar turned on against Paul Heyman. He always stayed behind the champion as a rock during his entire WWE tenure. So we wonder what’s next in this situation. Brock Lesnar will not be present on the show. But we expect to hear from Heyman about what his next step would be.
Roman Reigns should be vocal about the situation, as well. WWE Raw commissioner intentionally removed him from the building to protect the main event of Summerslam. But this only allowed Brock Lesnar to go back to the ruthless aggression era. The Big Dog will throw his view on this, as per WWE.com,
“Per Raw Commissioner Stephanie McMahon, Roman Reigns was forced to vacate the building this past Monday night before this incident occurred, so The Big Dog wasn’t on-hand to halt The Conqueror’s rampage. Expect Reigns to have much to say about the vile actions of his SummerSlam for this coming Monday night.”
Ronda Rousey is a prizefighter in the WWE. So every singles matchup featuring her is a must-see for the WWE Universe. Now, the GM has sanctioned Ronda Rousey her first matchup on WWE Raw. It should be worth the watch for the fans, as she continues to prove herself as a fighting superstar.
It would be a perfect matchup for Ronda Rousey, as she gears up for Summerslam. There would be shenanigans during the match, as Natalya and Alexa Bliss will be at the ringside. But this should not prevent Ronda Rousey from picking up the win in a squash match.
Seth Rollins had suffered beatdowns from Ziggler and McIntyre for the last few weeks. The question roaming around everyone’s mind is how long this would continue in WWE Raw. Now, this is just a clear set up for the return of either Jason Jordan or Dean Ambrose to give him company. It can happen either at Summerslam or on tonight’s show.
Bobby Roode and Mojo Rawley will compete in a first-time matchup on WWE Raw. Rawley is lately on a roll, and he is the favourite to pick up the win tonight. But this two might continue the feud via a Summerslam matchup. Also, we would know the fate of the WWE Raw tag team championship at the next PPV event.
