WWE: Update On Ronda Rousey’s match at Wrestlemania 34

The pro-wrestling world was in shock to see Ronda Rousey appearing in the WWE at the Royal Rumble PPV. After the historic battle royal from the women’s division was over, the former UFC Bantamweight Champion arrived in style to deliver a big statement to all the champions, the Royal Rumble winner and even Stephanie McMahon by shaking her hands.

This appearance has definitely opened up the possibilities of the main event match from the women’s division at the biggest stage of them all.

For the last couple of years, the planning regarding the same is going on which might become a reality, this year considering a mainstream superstar will be involved in it.

While speculating the potential match about Ronda Rousey in the WWE, it is certain that she might be gunning for one of the two women’s titles present in the company. The way she confronted the champions suggested the same, as well.

But, she also had a meaningful handshake with the Raw commissioner teasing something else, as well.

Depending on this, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter gave us updates about the status of her first Wrestlemania match.

According to the source, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon are being pitched to take one Ronda Rousey and a partner of her choice at the showcase of immortals, this year. The Rock is being assumed to be the one.

Three years ago, these four had an infamous segment inside the ring which was a physical confrontation.

With tremendous success from it, the storyline angle might be carried forward to setup this mouth-watering match, finally.

Check out the updates from stillrealtous.com:

“Meltzer reports WWE is wanting a match with Ronda Rousey vs Triple H and Stephanie McMahon at the Show Of Shows in 2018 and that looks like the way they’re going. The Rock might be a different story, but I’m sure if he could make the big show this year he would. After all, he had to cancel an appearance last year because he was busy promoting Baywatch.”

At this point, the match’s fate depends entirely on The Rock who is extremely busy with his Hollywood career and did not make any TV appearance in the WWE, last year.

There’s no confirmed news whether he will be available for this year’s Wrestlemania PPV or not. Hopefully, a positive outcome will be available making this mixed tag team match, a reality.
