WWE Rumor: Future of Shane-O-Mac and the possible brand split in WWE

WWE fans have had not enough of WWE’s prodigal son Shane McMahon and they want more of him in the coming months for sure. It was apparent that we might have seen the last of Shane, as of now when he came out last week on Raw to thank all the fans who supported him with all their heart.

They definitely would love to see him on control of WWE Monday Night raw post-Wrestlemania which in turn would give much stronger storylines. That plan too is not shelved according to the rumor which suggests about the future of Shane-O-Mac in WWE. It also includes of the same brand split which was roaming around the internet since his return.

According to the reports from ringsidenews.com Shane Mcmahon will take no hiatus and appear in WWE programming on a regular basis in the upcoming weeks, causing the much desired and rumored brand split of WWE Raw and Smackdown. He will be in-charge of one show while the other one will be run by The Authority, essentially making it a competition between Shane and The Authority to deliver the best show.

The planned program is to bring back the flavor of WWE Monday Night Wars in WWE, which caused the company to rise to his prominence. WWE is planning to rekindle that kind of competitive storylines to bring back the old successive plots which are lacking since it emerged victorious from that war and established as WWE Monday Night Raw brand. This competitive spirit may reinforce the brand of WWE and lead to exciting programs from both brands.

If this turns out to be true, it will be good news for the WWE Universe but at the same time, there will be no point of the match between him and the Undertaker at Wrestlemania. These two have put their body on the line and stole the show at Dallas, Texas. But, if the brand split happens it would definitely undermine the efforts put by these two veterans in the ring.
