The WWE world heavyweight championship scenario is very well built with a strong storyline, as of now. The anticipation and the stakes are even higher since the former Bullet Club members Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson had got into the mix to make the storyline more intriguing. The first edition of the match that we have witnessed on Sunday’s WWE Payback was indeed a “Phenomenal One.”
With the sudden attack from Anderson and Gallows and the save came in the way from Usos, the match was restarted twice by Shane and Stephanie which turned out to be even more intriguing. This feud is the most likeable feud that Roman Reigns had got into ever since he stepped into the WWE World heavyweight Championship picture. That sure has not gone unnoticed by the WWE Creative. And as per the latest reports, WWE will bank on it till the next month.
According to the cagesideseats.com, the exciting Money in the Bank pay-per-view will come at the end of June, and WWE is looking to carry forward the feud till that event. The reason behind this is to ignite a new feud which will come to ultimate fruition at the Summerslam PPV. There is another one pay-per-view before Summerslam and that is Battleground which will act as a buffer for the biggest event of the summer.
Though there’s no concrete news as of now, who will be in line next for Roman Reigns’ title but rumor mill suggests names like Brock “the beast” Lesnar or Bray Wyatt may be included in the title picture. Or, there’s even talking to let John Cena have a match with the current not-so-liked cornerstone of the company as they will ignite a WWE flag-bearer feud. Cena is set to return this Memorial Day, after the night of Extreme Rules upon which the future scenario is totally dependent.
