WWE is on the verge to host a historic edition of the Elimination Chamber PPV event. For the first time, seven men will compete inside the demonic steel cage in a number one contender’s match. John Cena, Roman Reigns, Elias, The Miz, Seth Rollins and Finn Balor will be competing in it with the winner earning the opportunity to face Brock Lesnar.

The stakes in the Women’s division Elimination Chamber is also high considering this is the first-ever affair for the female roster. The title will be on the line where Alexa Bliss will have to defend it against five other women. Sasha Banks, Bayley, Mickie James, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville would be the names, as the challengers.

This match was confirmed in an announcement from Stephanie McMahon on the January 29th episode of WWE Raw. She was the one to announce the Royal Rumble match for women. Hence, she also took the revolutionary step to make the Elimination Chamber match official at the last Raw-exclusive PPV.

Now, with this monumental match happening on the PPV, the anticipation is high. The fans are trying to guess who is going to come out as the victorious one and keep the championship around her waist. She would also get the chance to go into the biggest event of the year as the reigning title-holder.

A recent report from cagesideseats.com said what the outcomes are going to be of the championship matches to be contested inside the Elimination Chamber PPV. According to the source, the current champion will retain the title. Alexa Bliss is the top favorite to keep her championship and then head to Wrestlemania.

It is almost set that Alexa Bliss will walk into Wrestlemania 34 to defend her title against Asuka. The latter one won the Royal Rumble PPV to win already the right to face the champion. Nia Jax has also got the opportunity to defeat Asuka at the Elimination Chamber PPV and get inserted into the match making it a triple threat.

But, she is not likely to win it keeping the Wrestlemania match a singles contest. The source added that Sasha Banks is also considered to be the second favorite to win the contest. However, it is unlikely that a title alteration will happen prior to the showcase of immortals. Hence, Bliss successfully defending the title is almost guaranteed.
