WWE Smackdown went Hollywood this week with some special appearances on the show including Becky Lynch from Raw. The Raw Women’s Champion wasn’t there to compete in the originally taped show but she did make her presence felt once the taping was over. Unfortunately, she ended up digesting a pinfall loss.
Becky Lynch made a surprise appearance at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California for a Fatal Four-Way dark match that also featured SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks, and Bianca Belair. As you can see, Belair from Raw was also in attendance on a Friday night.

As seen in the released videos on the internet, Sasha Banks picked up the win in this multi-woman matchup as she pinned Becky Lynch to send the crowd home happy. Interestingly, Lynch’s last televised pin-fall defeat also happened against Banks that was on the October 15 episode of SmackDown.

Becky Lynch to have one more title defense against Liv
Over on the main show of Smackdown, this week, Sasha was seen offering advice to Toni Storm in a backstage segment as the latter went on to defeat Charlotte Flair in a Championship Contender Match. That win came via DQ as Flair went relentless with an attack on Toni. Thus, Toni earned a future shot at Flair’s title. The referee stopped the match as Flair repeatedly stomped at the head and neck of the former NXT UK Women’s Champion.
As for Becky Lynch, WWE is teasing a rematch for her against Liv over the RAW Women’s Championship. This week’s RAW main event saw Big Time Becks retain over Morgan via roll-up, using the ropes for leverage for the pin to win. The referee never witnessed the cheating and handed the win to the champion.
The fans of Liv Morgan were very disappointed with the finish and they have been clamoring for the rematch to happen. As for the former Riott Squad member, she’s already grateful to share the main event scene with Becky Lynch.
“It felt incredible,” Morgan said in an interview for the Out of Character Podcast with Ryan Satin “The energy of having a live microphone in your hand and knowing you are on live television and millions of people are watching at home and there are thousands of people in the arena. That energy is unmatched, it’s unlike anything I’ve ever felt before in life. It’s a really crazy, fun, cool, freeing experience and I enjoyed it, I did.” (quotes courtesy Wrestling INC)
