The stakes have thus been raised for the upcoming episode as WWE Champion Brock Lesnar was previously announced for Friday’s SmackDown. Lesnar watched Bobby Lashley win a fatal-4-way main event on Raw to become the new number-one contender for a WWE Title shot at the Royal Rumble PPV. But Lesnar told the cameraman that he is rather interested in seeing Roman Reigns on SmackDown.

WWE’s announcement also noted that Paul Heyman will also be on Friday’s SmackDown but he is likely to be at the corner of Paul Heyman, instead. Over on this week’s RAW, Heyman and Lesnar reunited for the first time in almost two years. The incident happened within just two weeks after Roman Reigns fired Heyman.
