WWE Survivor Series 2021 marked the final PPV in the company’s calendar for this year and plenty of fans were excited to see the matchup between Charlotte Flair and Becky Lynch. The two respective champions from Raw and Smackdown brands stepped inside the squared circle with tons of real-life heat existing between them. The rivalry was well-documented heading into the PPV.
The main show of WWE Survivor Series 2021 kicked off with RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair. The back-and-forth bout witnessed Becky pinning Charlotte by holding the ropes.

Flair locked in Lynch’s own Dis-Arm-Her finisher in the middle of the ring but Lynch crawled to the bottom rope to break the hold. They traded big strikes after which Flair rolled Lynch up and used the rope for leverage but the referee caught her. Lynch immediately countered and rolled Flair up with the same move, using the rope for leverage but the referee didn’t catch her, this time.

Charlotte Flair laughed at Becky for one-upping her at WWE Survivor Series 2021 by using her mean trick. But then Flair took her belt and left the ring, while Becky celebrated her victory. As seen in the opening match of WWE Survivor Series 2021, the Raw Women’s Champion wore a tight red leather outfit that carried Britney vibes. Tons of fans mentioned this on Twitter as Becky apparently paid homage to Britney Spears’ legacy around a time when she can claim to be a free woman.
Britney Spears herself hasn’t commented on this situation as we wonder whether she had spotted it or not. Meanwhile, Big Time Becks picked up the win at WWE Survivor Series 2021 against her long-time rival to give a great start to the red brand in the bragging rights battle.
