Last night’s WWE Raw was all about the final buildup of the greatest Royal Rumble event.

Last night’s WWE Raw was all about the final buildup of the Greatest Royal Rumble event.

Unlike the blue brand, the feuds from the flagship brand have not picked up in a good way, till date. It is why that matchup felt like random ones that actually did not affect the storyline angles.

The night went off the air with a huge tag team match. The five babyface names from the women’s division took on the five heels to set up this ten-woman tag contest.

Ronda Rousey coming down to the ring and making it a disqualified contest ended the night. The crowd surely expected some more from the night, but they did not get that.

As per the reports from wrestlingINC.com, there was no dark match main event on last night’s WWE Raw at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Previously, a tag team contest was advertised to take place on the show which was wiped out due to multiple superstars already getting traded to the Smackdown Live brand. Check out the updates from the source,

“The advertised dark match was Roman Reigns, Braun Strowman and WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins vs Sheamus, Cesaro and Samoa Joe but that match did not happen as Joe, and The Bar were not there due to the Superstar Shakeup. RAW went off the air with Ronda Rousey helping Natalya to the back, and the other female Superstars then left to return backstage as the event ended.”

On the WWE Raw fallout show, Bobby Roode featured in an interview which brought out the topic of him failing in the singles contest on the show.

The former US Champion noted on the devastating loss saying you can’t discount on a talent like Elias. He certainly can make it big on the show. So, it’s bad for him to go to Greatest Royal Rumble with this loss.

Mojo Rawley revealed he missed this week’s episode due to his commitments in the Saudi Arabia country. Also, Chad Gable noted on his huge victory over Jinder Mahal after coming on WWE Raw, for the first time. By the looks, he might have turned into a babyface, for now.

Lastly, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were also seen in the backstage area. They literally got bulldozed by the attacks of Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley, the two behemoths of the WWE Raw roster.

So, they tried to recuperate from those assaults before the Greatest Royal Rumble on this Friday.
