Within a few hours from now, Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins will be seen battling to save their legacy at Wrestlemania 40 against The Bloodline members. The Rock and Roman Reigns will be their opponents who got the upper hand over them for the past few weeks but it was Rhodes and Rollins who stood tall on Smackdown against two other Bloodline members.
On the final Smackdown episode before Wrestlemania 40, Jey Uso defeated Solo Sikoa via DQ after Jimmy Uso interfered in the match. Jimmy delivered a beatdown on his twin brother until Cody Rhodes and World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins made the save for Jey after the match.

Cody announced that they’re going to shatter the foundation of The Bloodline at Wrestlemania 40 Night One and then on Night Two, he’s going to dethrone Roman Reigns from his undisputed championship run. Cody ended his promo by saying that when one good story ends, another one starts. Cody and Seth also brought a belt and hit Jimmy with it to send a message to their ‘Mania opponents.

The Rock has been involved in a heated rivalry with Rhodes and Rollins for the past several months. But as a veteran, he praised the two in his recent post on X. Breaking his character, he addressed his training camp ahead of the in-ring return set for Wrestlemania 40. Addressing the amount of hard work he had to put in, he called Rollins and Rhodes two of the best wrestlers in the world and the amount of respect he had for them.
“My 12 week training camp for #WrestleMania has been intense and unlike anything I’ve ever done. Pushing myself physically, mentally and psychologically to places I’ve never gone. The men I’m wrestling this weekend at WrestleMania are the best in the world,” The Rock showered praise on Wrestlemania 40 opponents.
