WWE has finally announced two big matches for this Sunday’s Starrcade on the WWE Network. It is going to be a live event in a special format with a portion of the show getting filmed and aired on the video platform of the WWE.
The dual-branded show will have multiple big matches on the card with a couple of them getting confirmed, for now.
WWE female superstar to go on a date with Batista
The first announced match for Starrcade will see Rusev taking on Bobby Lashley with a Last Man Standing stipulation added to it.
Stone Cold felt nervous while interviewing The Undertaker
The rivalry between the two behemoths has been going on since October of this month which will finally be producing a match after a long wait.
With that being said, Rusev can unleash months of frustrations and bad blood on the new boyfriend of her wife, Lana.
The other match confirmed for Starrcade will feature a number of female superstars in a tag team battle.
It will be a Fatal 4 Way for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles with Asuka & Kairi Sane defending against RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch & Charlotte Flair, Sasha Banks & SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley, and Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross.
The good news is that Alexa Bliss is finally returning to action at Starrcade on WWE Network. For weeks now, there have been speculations regarding her career being in jeopardy.
Apparently, WWE officials were concerned whether she can make a full-time return to in-ring competition or not, going by the rumors.
Hopefully, that won’t be the case as she is coming back and will probably make regular appearances on SmackDown, moving forward.
Also, WWE legend Ric Flair will appear on a very special edition of the Kevin Owens Show.
