Real Madrid managed to lift the league title in Spain after four long years as Zinedine Zidane managed to assemble consistent performances from the squad at the Bernabeu last season.
The manager also helped the club to back to back Champions League trophies and has become the first manager to win consecutive Champions League titles when his side beat Juventus in the finals of the competition previous season.
The French mastermind has not completed two full seasons with the club but has already lifted five different trophies with the side and has established himself as one of the most respected managers in Europe already.
And Spanish defender Sergio Ramos has now spoken about the effect the manager has had on the dressing room at the Spanish capital in the last couple of seasons.

Speaking to the media recently, Ramos revealed that the coach has helped improve the chemistry in the dressing room for Real Madrid.
“Our coach is breaking all of the records set by every coach that has managed this team,” Ramos said at the unveiling of Nike’s new Tiempo 7 boots in Madrid.
“The key is that he has been able to transmit all of the talents he had as a player to the bench.
“He has won over a dressing room that is not easy [to manage, with all of the big names].
“We are very close to him.”
Not resting on his laurels
The Spanish defender is one of the most decorated players in his position in Europe at the moment and was instrumental in the stellar campaign at the Bernabeu.
However, Ramos revealed that he will not rest on his past and will look to take steps in the right direction in the upcoming campaign.
“Football, for better and for worse, does not give you time to enjoy what you have just achieved,” he stated.
“It is madness to achieve three Champions League titles in four years.
“When we finish our careers, we will be able to look back and see what we have accomplished; we can look at our medals.
“Our goals must be as high as possible so that we try to exceed ourselves every year.
“We want to break records and statistics.
“We’re starting from scratch; we must set the tone [at the start of the campaign] and aspire to win all potential trophies.”

Hopes to reach top gear in pre-season
Los Blancos have some sizzling fixture before the start of the next season as they are set to face Manchester United and Barcelona in quick succession even before the start of the actual domestic season.
Ramos revealed that everyone in the squad was looking forward to these games.
“In pre-season this year we have a Clasico in Miami and we are very keen to reach a good level of form as soon as possible,” he continued.
“That way, we are able to measure ourselves against good teams that will be going for titles, like [Manchester] United and Barcelona,” Ramos added.
