On Friday night, Mumbai Indians (MI) reached the final of IPL 2017 after beating Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Qualifier 2 match at Bengaluru. MI elected to field first after winning the toss. KKR were bowled out for just 107 runs in 18.5 overs.
In reply, MI successfully chased down that target in 14.3 overs after losing 4 wickets (111/4). MI won this match by 6 wickets and qualified for the final of the tournament.
MI will meet against RPS (Rising Pune Supergiant) in the final of IPL 2017 at Hyderabad (Deccan) on next Sunday (21st May 2017).
