WWE News: Backlash on Baron Corbin for not Having Successful Money In The Bank Cash-In 1

This past Smackdown Live had witnessed a shocking end that was totally uncalled for the fans. Baron Corbin decided to cash in the Money in the Bank briefcase in a totally wrong situation. So, he became the third person ever in the history of the company who failed to cash in the opportunistic prize, successfully.

John Cena was present at the ringside who provided the distraction for the Lone Wolf, as Jinder Mahal capitalized on that. He rolled up Corbin to get the pinfall and retain the championship. The WWE Universe was visibly upset with this booking to Baron Corbin who has so much potential but not given the opportunity.

The fact that he could not cash the Money in the Bank successfully will be enough to bury his career. In fact, it is already being said that this is the worst cash-in ever in the history of the company. This incident will leave a big mark on his career which can’t be removed unless he does something very big in the near future.

Also, the WWE fans can’t stand the fact that John Cena was the main reason that Corbin lost his opportunity. This led to the usual fact that the franchise player is responsible for the burial of newer talent. The picture of a fan showing him a middle finger is a fitting example for it.

The Cenation Leader has noticed it on Twitter and replied back stating that his motto is “Never Give Up” and he will continue to stick to that.

Another fan backlash arose for the reason that Jinder Mahal’s feet were clearly underneath the bottom ropes while pinning Baron Corbin. It was clearly visible from the camera angle. But, the referee did not notice it and so the company did not acknowledge it, either.

Above all of that, many fans took a direct shot to the head of Smackdown Live, Road Dogg who books things around here. Check out some of the tweets posted towards him in which he gave replies to address the matter, directly. It will be interesting to see what is stored in the Cena vs. Corbin match at Summerslam.
