WWE: Smackdown Live Full Results: September 12th, 2017 1

It was one rare episode of Smackdown Live where we witnessed Mr McMahon returning to the show. Plus, the show was hyped up with three huge championship matches. Check out the results from the Sin City special edition hosted by Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Kevin Owens opened this particular Sin City edition of Smackdown Live by threatening each of the members on the show. He went on to talk how he would fire individuals before Shane McMahon’s music hit. Dolph Ziggler made the entrance instead mocking the people. Daniel Bryan appeared to move Owens away telling that Vince McMahon will be on the show, later the night.

The first title match of the night took place between AJ Styles and Tye Dillinger. The challenger was able to hit the tye-breaker, but Styles kicked out of that. He locked the Calf Crusher to retain via submission. Aftermath, Baron Corbin ambushed Styles from behind by delivering an End of Days on the floor.

Jinder Mahal addressed the contender for the WWE Championship, Shinsuke Nakamura. He mocked The Artist by having his picture on the titantron before leaving the ring. No announcement was made whether the upcoming title match will be contested at Hell in a Cell.

In the second title match of the evening, we witnessed championships changing hands. After a brutal street fight between The Usos and The New Day, the latter team was able to capitalise. Big E caught Jey Uso on his shoulder, as Kofi connected from the top rope to pin the former champs and become the new tag team titleholders.

Carmella was present at the ringside in the third title match for the Smackdown Women’s Championship. She turned out to be the distraction for the challenger by getting on the apron. Naomi shoved her off the ring, but that distraction allowed Nattie to capitalise by locking in the Sharpshooter to make her tap out.

The Hype Bros were seen in a matchup against Shelton Benjamin and Chad Gable. The newly formed team picked a quick pinfall win over Mojo and Ryder. Following the loss, Ryder decided to turn his back on his partner by walking away.

In the final segment, Mr McMahon returned on Smackdown to address the matter between his son and Kevin Owens. The prizefighter’s threat to sue the brand was belittled by the boss, as he dared him to do so. He confirmed that Shane would get his job back by competing in a Hell in a Cell match against Owens.

An irate Owens headbutt The Boss that busted him open from the head. He continued his attack on McMahon, as the officials came down to stop him, but he stuck to the assault. Later, Stephanie McMahon also arrived on the scene, as Vince was helped to get out of the arena.
