The stakes were higher for last night’s Smackdown Live with Vince McMahon returning to the show. The storyline between Kevin Owens and Shane McMahon has been ongoing for quite a long time and reached the limit after Owens took McMahon’s children name, last week on live television.
The younger McMahon did not take it lightly and put his hands on Owens to get suspended from the show.
The state needed to be addressed, as Kevin Owens continued to give threats to Daniel Bryan that he would file a lawsuit against WWE officials running everyone’s life. So, one man only can handle the situation, and that is none other than the boss, Vince McMahon, himself.
So, he arrived on the final segment of the show to confront the prizefighter who boasted about the entire night talking about how he is going to take control of the show from now onwards. The Boss was straight to admit that Owens was not right while bringing his grandsons’ names into the matter.

Apparently, he supported Shane for not being able to finish his job to put Owens down which would be done at the upcoming Hell in a Cell PPV. These two will lock horns inside the demonic structure on October 8th in the city of Detroit, Michigan.

The former Universal Champion was irate after hearing the chairman’s decision and asked whether he can ‘beat a McMahon’ without reprisal. Unfortunately for The Boss, the bonafide heel started attacking right on the scene, at that moment.

He busted open The Boss with a headbutt which followed with numerous kicks, superkicks and a frog-splash off the top rope. The officials and Stephanie McMahon ran down to the arena to help her father out of the building. Following the incident, WWE.com posted an update regarding the condition of Vince McMahon:
“WWE Chairman and CEO Mr McMahon was on the receiving end of a brutal attack at the hands of Kevin Owens during the shocking conclusion of Sin City SmackDown.
WWE.com has learned that, following the attack, Mr McMahon did not give comment and refused to be looked at by medical staff.
Stay tuned to WWE.com for more news on this situation as it develops.”
