Review And Twitter Reactions From This Week’s WWE Raw: December 17, 2018 1

So, WWE Raw was about to address a lot of things with Vince McMahon returning on the show. We started the night with several questions. Unfortunately, the night ended with all the questions unanswered. But there were efforts from the creative team to make the products better, at least. We should not expect an abrupt change on the show. But a gradual improvement to the contents should be okay for us.

Five huge matches announced for WWE Raw, next week

The McMahons being in-charge on WWE Raw is the best, possibly, that the officials can have, right now. At least they will bring the star powers alongside them forcing the fans to tune into the show. But we also expect a decent build up for Royal Rumble with all them working hand-in-hand for now.

Owing to this, we received a big payoff to the era of Baron Corbin. It was an entertainer for two nights in a row where Kurt Angle and other WWE Raw babyface superstars beat the hell out of it. This helped to get the bitter taste out of the fans’ mouth for good. But we are still not sure what Kurt Angle’s job on WWE Raw would be, for now. Hopefully, he is within the creative planning for Wrestlemania 35.

The mid-segments of WWE Raw fell short, again. This has to happen as there are a number of superstars sitting out of the show due to injury. Seth Rollins vs. Dean Ambrose rivalry is fading away day by day especially after their lackluster match at WWE TLC. Here’s how the women superstars are helping WWE Raw, big-time. Once again, they competed in the main event of a show.

Stephanie McMahon turned babyface during last night’s WWE Raw and gave a fair chance to each of the female superstars. It was good to see the women superstars stealing the spotlight, once again. But the match dragged the show at a slow pace, again. It was not as good as promised earlier but not that bad either in comparison to the boring segments from the last several weeks. Natalya had to win this match to produce the inevitable match with Ronda Rousey. So the outcome did not surprise us!

Overall, WWE Raw turned out to be a slow-paced show, again. But positive indications were there as we head towards the Royal Rumble event. Here are the Twitter reactions from the show,
