Kolkata Knight Riders vs Royal Challengers Bangalore – It has been 34 matches of this IPL and RCB is still lurking at the farthest end of the points table.  In the total of eight matches, they have been able to register just a single win which came in the 28th match against Kings XI Punjab. RCB had won that match by seven wickets finishing it off with remarkable partnership between AB De Villiers (59 off 38) and Marcus Stoinis (22 off 14).

While RCB is going to be fighting hard to enter back in the game, Kolkata Knight Riders are preparing to knock RCB off the chart. KKR have won four matches and is at the sixth position below Sunrisers Hyderabad. They have lost three successive matches, two to Chennai Super Kings and one against Delhi Capitals.

de Villiers is one of the most destructive players of RCB. He has the ability to draw every ball in 360-degree angle throughout the ground. In eight matches, de Villiers has scored 307 runs with 75 being his highest in the season so far. In their only win, De Villiers contributed 59 runs off 38 balls.

The Australian batsman is well known for his ability to strike big sixes around the ground. KKR has had Lynn since the 2014 edition. He has scored a total of 212 runs in seven matches for the team. Even in the last three matches that KKR has lost, Chris has been remarkably outstanding. His 51 balls 82 runs with seven fours and six sixes against CSK had been one such performance.

Even though RCB has been short of luck in the season, Chahal has been the most consistent with his support for the team in the game. In the last match against Mumbai Indians, which RCB lost by 5 wickets, Chahal took two wickets at an economy rate of 6.8. RCB have won just one match in all of their eight matches. Chahal has taken 87 wickets for RCB till now and is their highest wicket-taker.

Sunil Narine:

The Windies bowler is known for his deceptive bowling techniques which has earn him wickets. His best in IPL had been 2/19 conceding around 4.8 runs per over against CSK. However, they lost their match.

Even though he is a bowler, he has contributed with the ball. His highest runs for this season was 25 balls 47 in the match against Rajasthan Royals(RR).

Moeen Ali:

The British all-rounder is at its best in this IPL season. In eight matches he has scored 124 runs collecting five wickets with an economy rate of 6.38 runs. He has performed well in almost all of the matches. In the last match, Moeen scalped his share of two wickets giving 18 runs in four overs quota. In the same match, he had scored 50 runs off just 32 balls. It was RCB ‘s seventh defeat just after they won their very first game.
