This was a trick to get the fans invested into the match who are trying to identify who may appear in this capacity. Well, the speculations have been ongoing around the Stomping Grounds match giving birth to several rumors. One of them has been significant enough that very well bring down a surprise entrant at the pay-per-view show in the form of a former world champion.

Reason Why WWE Did Not Announce Guest Referee For Stomping Grounds Title Match

A Cyst In Brain Forced Nikki Bella To Announce Retirement!

As reported by iwnerd.com, there is a chance that Bray Wyatt may become the special guest referee at Stomping Grounds title match. WWE Universe has been waiting for him for a long time. He has made appearances in a lot of FireFly Funhouse episodes. But no storyline has demanded his presence, live-in-person that may happen at Stomping Grounds.

Reddit user SqaredCircle was the one to reveal the news that the Wyatt Family leader could return at Stomping Grounds playing the role of the special guest referee. Previously, this user has also spilled how Charlotte Flair was winning the Title at Money in the Bank, followed by Bayley cashing in on her. Now he has issued the following statements in support of his revelation,

“So, as always, feel free to not believe this if you want. However, one of the main names I’ve heard being considered for the referee spot this Sunday is Bray Wyatt.

The main idea is that it will ultimately play off of the Hurt/Heal gloves. The thought being thrown around right now is that he will “listen” to the heal side of things and make the count for Seth, but then hear the hurt side and attack him post-match.”

This could be a shocker to end the night at Stomping Grounds pleasing the fans. Unlike this one, the other matches from Stomping Grounds may not be able to steal the shows since they are mostly rematches. Here are the match card of the PPV event for June 23rd, 2019,
