India was able to draw first blood in the ongoing three-match Test series against South Africa at Visakhapatnam as they convincingly won by 203 runs. The hosts’ were able to tick the right boxes and would like to continue their domination. On the other hand, South Africa will need to make a solid comeback into the series.
Indian openers Rohit Sharma and Mayank Agarwal had a dream Test match as they scored the bulk of the runs in the opening Test. Thus, both the right-handers will look to continue their good form going on in Pune.

Rohit Sharma was simply magnificent as the right-hander scored twin centuries in the first Test match. The flamboyant batsman was given a chance to open the innings and he was able to grab it with both hands.
On the other hand, South Africa was also superb with the bat as Dean Elgar and Quinton de Kock scored fighting centuries in the first innings. However, the Proteas were not able to carry the momentum in the second dig. Thus, they would need to pull up their socks in the batting department. Furthermore, they might rejig their batting order as Faf du Plessis should bat ahead of Temba Bavuma.
Moreover, visitors need to bowl in the right areas. They were not able to stop Rohit Sharma in the second innings and it was a turning point of the match.
Meanwhile, Ravichandran Ashwin made a roaring comeback in the team. The off-spinner scalped eight wickets in the first Test and he is going to hold the key. Ravindra Jadeja and Mohammed Shami were brilliant in the second essay and India would like to take an impregnable lead.
