R-Truth remains an ageless character on WWE TV. At his age of 47, most of the superstars go into retirement especially considering the number of surgeries that he had over the years.

But he kept reinventing himself on a regular basis and thus make his TV character not only relevant but also entertaining than anyone else. These characteristics make the WWE Champion Brock Lesnar keen to work with him, again.

During a recent interview with Spandex, former WWE 24/7 Champion R-Truth disclosed that WWE Champion Brock Lesnar was impressed with his work. They have shared a recent segment on RAW on the Road to Royal Rumble 2020. He made the beast incarnate laugh so much that he went out of the character, at one point. WWE Universe also kept talking about it for days.

R-Truth noted during the interview that Brock Lesnar has also pitched new ideas so that he can do more segments with him,

“Brock actually has been pitching ideas. He wants to work with me doing something because of that segment. He pitched a couple ideas. He and I talked afterwards. The sky’s the limit.”

Brock Lesnar is not the only one who’s been missing R-Truth badly. Carmella, the former mixed tag team partner of Truth has recently opened up stating that WWE broke them up really quick. For roughly a year-and-a-half, these two aka The Fabulous Truth used to be the hotter duo in the WWE. R-Truth and Carmella won the second edition of the Mixed Match Challenge and provided countless entertaining segments.

Ricochet Comments On Facing Brock Lesnar At WWE Super ShowDown 2020

The duo was split up during the 2019 Draft where R-Truth moved to Raw and Carmella stayed on SmackDown. The Princess of Staten Island talked about their pairing and how it was fun to work with the former United States Champion. She also felt that they could have done more as a pair unless WWE ended their stint, abruptly, (courtesy of the interview with BT Sport)

“I miss him. I’ve been asked today a lot about, ‘Are you upset that you’re not with him anymore?’ Of course, I’m so sad. I feel like we had so much more that we could have done. It wasn’t, to me, getting old. I felt like we could have taken this and run with it for a long time.”

“We were kinda just thrown together and it wasn’t a thing that was ever supposed to be anything. We just had instant chemistry and connected. He became one of my closest friends and is such an amazing entertainer.”
