While India will tour of Australia in late of this year, they have the schedule to play the much-awaited Test series in this tour. The Cricket Australia (CA) is trying hard to organise a day/night Test match in this tour, and the 25-year-old Indian left-arm chinaman Kuldeep Yadav has claimed that they are excited to play this special Test match in this tour.

In the India tour of Australia 2020/21, India will play the three-match T20I series, three-match ODI series and four-match Test series along with participating in the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2020.

In the last Australia tour, during 2018/19 summer, the Indian team denied playing a day/night pink-ball Test match due to the lack of time for the preparation. While the CA is desperate to organise in the upcoming home season when the Indian team will tour in the country, the Indian team has reportedly agreed to play this special Test match if they get proper time for the preparation.

Kuldeep told Sportskeeda, “We have played only one D/N test but we [Indian cricket team] are ready and excited for that challenge of playing Australia in Australia. We aren’t thinking too much about playing home or away. We only think about what combinations would work best in a situation and we try to make an impact from the first ball of any series. As the Indian cricket team, we need to play together and win any series, irrespective of where it is being held.”

Australia have played seven day/night pink-ball Test matches till the date, and they have won all these matches. While they are the only team to play more than four day/night Tests, their winning record is still 100 per cent.
