The thirtieth edition of WWE NXT TakeOver will go down this Saturday night with a solid main event in store. Keith Lee will be seen defending his NXT Title against Karrion Kross who’ll be accompanied to the ring with girlfriend Scarlett. WWE Shop recently dropped a picture on promotion purpose that apparently hinted the outcome of the upcoming title match.
WWE NXT Takeover XXX: Spoiler On Karrion Kross Vs Keith Lee Match Winner
Karrion Kross has featured in a WWE Shop ad with the NXT Title draped around his shoulder ahead of the NXT TakerOver XXX bout. This was done via error as WWE deleted it, as soon as possible. But the screenshot was still captured and is making the rounds online hinting that Kross will become the new NXT Champion making Lee’s title reign, a shorter one in length.

The NXT Instagram graphic is captioned with, “Tick tock. Is it only a matter of time? [red X emoji] [hourglass emoji] [skull emoji] #WWENXT #NXTTakeOver”
We have to wait till WWE NXT TakeOver XXX to see what WWE has in store for this match. But a title change won’t be surprising as WWE NXT officials are high on Karrion Kross who’s reportedly up for a big push. Lee has picked up the title during The Great American Bash in July.
Both Karrion Kross and WWE NXT Champion Keith Lee did not appear on this week’s NXT Takeover XXX go-home edition of NXT on the USA Network. But WWE did air a lengthy video package to promote Saturday’s match. Triple H re-tweeted the video and told fans they don’t want to miss the match. The video package includes Metallica’s “Moth Into Flame” single, which is the Takeover theme song.
Kross also tweeted on the shared promo on social media as he wrote, “We’re playing for keeps now.”
“Father Time catches up with us all. VIII • XXII • MMXX : #Doomsday,” he wrote in a follow-up tweet.
NXT Takeover XXX event will air live this Saturday, August 22, during WWE SummerSlam Weekend from the NXT Arena on the campus of Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida. The match card for the show stands as follows,
