WWE star Franky Monet who was previously known as Taya Valkyrie on the independent circuit, Impact wrestling and other promotions recently said that the change and rebranding of NXT will be a good thing and it will boost up NXT as well.

NXT had been a flagship show of WWE for quite a time. It is being used as the development territory, rather the third brand of WWE. NXT was started back in 2010. At first, it was more of a reality show for Talent Hunting. After two years WWE started to run it as as a brand like RAW and SmackDown. At first it was mostly used as the development Territory of WWE.

Franky Monet Says NXT Rebranding Will Be A Good Change

Slowly it became the third brand of WWE next to RAW and Smackdown. Big names from all around the world started to join the brand. The NXT Championship started to be treated as a worthy World Championship at a time. There are big names such as Adam Cole, Samoa Joe, Shinsuke Nakamura, Robert Roode and many other big names held the Championship.

But the show could not progress much after it got competition from the newest rival promotion AEW. They were trying really hard to keep themselves in the competition, but they were feeling almost every week. From this week, Vince McMahon finally took charge of the brand and it looks like Triple H lost his control over it.

Franky Monet who was previously known as Taya Valkyrie on the independent circuit, Impact wrestling and other promotions recently spoke to where she said that the change and rebranding of NXT. She said;

“I am excited about this! I know that people don’t like change, but I feel that this will be a good change and we are going to see a new evolution on the NXT brand.

“We have a ton of talent that are working on the daily in order to be prepared to be in NXT TV, so I think that the change will be good for the brand.

“I love the new colors on the logo and everyone should be excited for this Tuesday. We will see a new era.”
