A very special edition of WWE Raw is waiting for us, this week which has been rebranded as Wrestlemania Raw. The 38th installment of the Biggest Event of the Year is ahead of us within just five nights and the two main-eventers will be on tonight’s red brand special, possibly for one last confrontation ahead of their collision.

Rey Mysterio will be in action in one of the main events of the night against The Miz. WWE Raw Tag Team Champions will go head to head against Smackdown tag champs. Plus, a huge eight-woman tag team match will be there featuring all the participants of the women’s tag team titles match on the show that takes place at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

WrestleMania 38 headliners will face on this week’s WWE Raw as WWE Champion Brock Lesnar and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns will come face to face in the currently advertised headliner. Lesnar has been looking forward to putting his hands on Reigns since getting victimized at the bygone Madison Square Garden event on March 5.

Lesnar waited for Reigns in the latter’s private locker room before destroying all the decorations in the room. Later, he wanted to chase down The Tribal Chief in the ring but the security team guarded and allowed him to escape from the ring.

Top WWE Raw Superstar Seth Rollins is still in search of his path to WrestleMania 38. The next angle in the storyline has emerged in the form of a text message from Vince McMahon. As per the below message the chairman wanted to see Rollins in his office regarding an opponent,

“Someone from my office is going to be reaching out to you to set up a meeting at corporate headquarters. I want you in my office at 9 a.m. on Monday.”

Following his loss to AJ Styles via DQ on last week’s WWE RAW, Rollins grabbed the microphone and stated, “this is bull—t”. He also claimed that he won’t let happen the next edition unless he gets a WrestleMania moment. The fans in attendance chanted “Cody” in response hinting at a top match against Cody Rhodes while Rollins proceeded to destroy equipment around the ring.

WWE Raw Preview (28/03/22): Former WWE Champion to return?

Former WWE Champion Bobby Lashley is being rumored to return to WWE Raw in Pittsburgh, as per the reports of PWInsider. WWE had issued a storyline injury to Lashley and removed him from the Elimination Chamber match in February.

Lashley originally suffered a shoulder injury during the Royal Rumble match with Brock Lesnar in January. Previous reports suggested that he would be out of action for around 4 months but he’s coming back, early to possibly compete in a match against Omos. The giant has issued for a challenge and it seems like the All-Mighty will accept it.

As announced on last week’s Smackdown, the match will feature RAW Tag Team Champions Randy Orton and Riddle vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Usos in a non-title match. This will be a rematch from the 2021 Survivor Series where Team RK-Bro picked up the win.
