WWE NXT: Title Matches Announced; Top Name Out Of Action Due To Injury 2

In more news, an unfortunate injury has called for a change to the lineup of an ongoing tournament in NXT. Nikkita Lyons’ injury was announced during this week’s episode of WWE NXT 2.0. According to Josh Briggs and Brooks Jensen, it was a freak injury that occurred during a training session.

Due to that, Lyons was ruled out of the inaugural WWE NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament Semifinals. Her opponent Fallon Henley was given a bye into the finals, but then she accepted a challenge thrown by Tiffany Stratton. Eventually, Stratton ended up winning the match against Henley and she will now face Roxanne Perez in the finals (Perez defeated Lash Legend to advance to the finals).
