Meet WWE Hall of Famer And The 45th President of US - Donald Trump 1
Trump vs mcmahon

Not many of us really know it but Donald Trump, the new President of the United States of America, is the first ballot WWE Hall of Famer. His friendship with WWE Chairman, Vince McMahon goes way back. So, with the news of White House going into the hands of the Republicans, Vince might be so happy. He has done much for Trump’s charity from the very beginning and now Trump might repay him.

If you can’t remember properly then we must let you know that he once featured in a “hair vs. hair” match with Vince McMahon at Wrestlemania 23. He also became the one to own Monday Night Raw for kayfabe purpose. Vince and Linda McMahon has donated around five million dollars in the Donald Trump charity foundation in between 2007 and 2009. So, it was Trump’s gratitude that he showed up to increase the popularity of WWE across the mainstream audience.

The Wrestlemania 23 match was headlined as the “billionaire vs. billionaire” battle with whoever losing have to go bald. Vince had chosen Umaga while Trump had Bobby Lashley to compete for him. Lashley won the match and the whole world witnessed that infamous moment of Trump and Stone Cold shaving Vince’s head.

However, while the appearance was appreciated amongst the fans, it got negative reactions from the WWE locker room. Quite obviously, WWE Divas like Maria Kanellis was the victim of trump’s sexisms. The former Diva has rallied against Trump even before the elections.
Vince, however, instructed all present and former employees not to give any statements against Trump, except for Maria who had some personal issue with Donald Trump.

Raw General Manager, Mick Foley was amongst the others who asked the WWE fans not to vote for Trump. He posted on Facebook saying:

“Please, white American males, don’t cast that vote for Donald Trump tomorrow – at least not until you do one simple thing for me. In order to be able to look at myself in the mirror on November 9th when we all wake up to a new President-elect, I have to know that I tried to do SOMETHING, to prevent this particular WWE Hall of Famer from attaining the highest office in the land.”

However, Trump has now beaten all the allegations against him and WWE is going to be benefitted by him in future. The company is likely to be enriched by the personal relationships of Vince and Trump. The Boss does always have a way to win. Doesn’t he?
