3. Andy Flower:
One of the few cricketers, who earned the tag ”Legend” after coming from minnow teams. He used to be the biggest match-winner for Zimbabwe and always delivered the goods when it mattered the most. Sadly, he couldn’t repeat such stuff with his captaincy.
He led his country in 20 Tests winning only 1 and losing 10 matches with 9 ending in draws. However, it wasn’t his fault, as Zimbabwe team doesn’t have much knowledge on the game and also never got the required assistance from the board.
