8. Marlon Samuels
Marlon Samuels of West Indies was charged with match-fixing allegations. The Indian police accused Samuels of giving out team information to the bookies to the 1st One-day International between India and West Indies on Jan 21, 2007. After hearing the matter the ICC enforced a two-year ban for receiving money in 2008. He returned to international cricket on 9th May 2010. After that, he played crucial roles in helping West Indies to win two ICC World T20 titles playing match winning knocks on both occasions.
