Legendary Sri Lankan Batsman Kumar Sangakkara has praised the Indian team’s performances against Australia in a four-match Test series which concluded recently.
The former Sri Lankan captain is all impressed with Virat’s men. Sangakkara feels that the Indian cricket team is capable enough to beat any team in the world anywhere.
India is currently at the top position in ICC Test Rankings followed by South Africa and Australia. India finished off its 13-match enduring home season with just a single defeat in Pune while a drawn Test against England at Rajkot and against Australia at Ranchi were little blemishes in an otherwise exemplary performance by India at home in 2016/17 season. India defeated New Zealand (3-0), England (4-0), Bangladesh (1-0) and Australia (2-1) in their home season.

India have become the third team to hold rubber against all the Test playing nation, the other two being Australia and South Africa.
India have won all their last series they had played against each Test playing nation.
Having said that, Virat Kohli’s men are yet to prove themselves on foreign tours. India is scheduled to tour South Africa in November 2017 and it is going to be a big challenge ahead for Virat and his company.
