Sourav Ganguly and Sanath Jayasuriya - Joint Winners in 2002

The ICC Champions Trophy is set to enthral the cricket audience after a sabbatical of close to four years. England, who also hosted the previous edition way back in 2013, will yet again host the tournament which will see the top eight teams fight it out for the dominance in the 50-overs format.

This multi – nation tournament, which was first hosted in 1998, has been played with the same intensity with which a Cricket World Cup is being played. The championship carries great significance despite being unable to face the test time due to a packed international calendar.

Ahead of the eighth edition of the ICC showpiece ODI event, also called as a mini- world, let’s compile the All-time XI based on the performances in the previous editions.
