Carrying on his good form from the opening game against Bangladesh, Hales put on yet another fine display of batting, as he raced to a half-century, thereby setting a solid foundation for England at the top. Just as he was looking set for a real big one, a lapse in concentration saw him being clean bowled by the pace of Adam Milne.
