For a major part of his innings, it didn’t seem comfortable at all that Virat Kohli was batting against Pakistan. Very unlike of his usual self, the Delhi dasher was struggling to time the ball and seemed terribly out of touch. Though once he had Yuvraj Singh for the company, he transformed himself into an absolute monster, as he finally came to the fore, playing like the Virat Kohli the globe truly knows.
Mauling the likes of Wahab Riaz and Hassan Ali at the death, Kohli raced to an unbeaten 81 off 68, while he was struggling with a strike rate of just 80 at one point in his innings.
