Kumara Sangakkara – 683 (Sri Lanka)

Kumara Sangakkara defines elegance in the batting manual. The left-hander was immune to terms like ‘under-performance and failures’ for the most part of the career and formed an important part of the Sri Lankan batting structure for almost a decade and a half.
Sanga has also been a distinctive performer in the Champions Trophy, having scored 683 runs in 22 matches with a best of an unbeaten 134.
This spectacular record makes him the third highest run-getter in the history of the championship.
