By far the most successful side in the ICC Champions Trophy has been India, as the men in blue have played 24 games.
A stupendous tally of 15 wins has been recorded in these 24 games making it the highest win percentage. Under the leadership of Sourav Ganguly, the side ended up as the runners-up in 2000, shared winners in 2002 and under MS Dhoni, the winners of the previous edition in 2013 in England.
India didn’t lose even a single game in 2013 and played an extremely ruthless brand of cricket. Now with Virat Kohli at the helm of affairs, and the experience of MS Dhoni and Yuvraj Singh in the middle, India are among the tournament favourites.
