Virat and Yuvi record, India win – A wicket of Shikhar Dhawan provided Virat Kohli with an opportunity to come out to bat and score runs, which saw him entering record books as he completed his 8000 runs in ODI cricket. Virat along with Rohit never ever showed an arbitrary approach towards Bangladesh bowlers, which was a lesson for Dhawan that he has to ensure that the job is done and finished before leaving the crease.
Yuvraj Singh though didn’t come out to bat or ball but achieved a marvellous record as he became just fifth Indian cricketer to play 300 ODIs. A win in the semi-final of Champions trophy could be the biggest and memorable stage for him to achieve this record.
