The India legend announced his retirement from international cricket in June this year and will also not play Indian Premier League (IPL) now. He does play franchise cricket but is not allowed to play IPL as he had to quit playing the league to get NOC from BCCI to play in Global T20 Canada and T10 league.

Yuvraj was a part of Mumbai Indians in IPL 2019. He was bought by the Rohit Sharma-led team at his the base price of Rs 2 Crore but did not get enough chances. In four matches, he scored 98 runs, which included a half-century in their first match of the season against Delhi Capitals. Yuvraj played 132 matches in IPL.
