The franchise bought the West Indies’ T20I captain for a huge amount of Rs 5 Crore but the team combination saw him get a chance in just two matches. In those limited opportunities, Brathwaite got to play 10 balls in which he scored 11 runs. Surely, he wasn’t in the scheme of things to be in the playing XI.
KKR might want to kee him in the side in future but surely for a low price. For now, it seems like Brathwaite could be one of the players that the franchise might release.
