Many records coming up for Dhoni, Jadeja and Dwayne Bravo in 4th ODI of India vs West Indies
Well, the fourth ODI to be played between India and West Indies at the picturesque ground of Dharamshala has become important for both the teams as up till now the series is at 1-1, open for both the teams. The match is apparently tilting towards India who have a well balanced combination of batsmen and bowlers, and the West Indies losing this match will mean a very difficult equation as the morale of Team India will get boosted after today’s crucial victory.
However, for captain MS Dhoni, this will be his 250th ODI as a wicketkeeper batsman, the highest for an Indian. Overall, he will become 4th wicketkeeper to have played 250 ODIs after Kumar Sangakkara, Mark Boucher and Adam Gilchrist. Dhoni has got glorious record of scoring 8186 runs in the 249 ODIs played so far with an excellent batting average of 53.15. As a wicket keeper, he has hunted 312 scalps so far (227 catches and 85 stumping). He will leave no stone unearthed to pocket this victory.
Also, magical Ravindra Jadeja has already taken 97 wickets under the leadership of MS Dhoni, and with three more wickets, he will have the honor of becoming 6th Indian bowler to achieve 100 wickets under a single captain.
But the most feasible and interesting feature is lying with Dwayne Bravo who has taken 199 wickets in 163 ODIs with a pretty good bowling average of 29.26. He will be standing third in the honor board with Courtney Walsh and Curtly Ambrose.
