Former Pakistan cricketer Imran Khan, who is now the Prime Minister, is the most successful captain of his country. He has led the Green Army in total three World Cups in which his side came out victorious in 1992.
He has captained in total 22 matches during his three mega-event stints. Among which, Pakistan won a total of 14 games and faced defeat in eight matches. Khan retired from cricket in 1992, as one of Pakistan’s most successful players. In total, he made 3,807 runs and took 362 wickets in Test cricket and 3709 runs in ODIs and picked 182 wickets.
