4. Ravindra Jadeja
Ravindra Jadeja, the spinning partner of R Ashwin too has been below par in overseas conditions. He made his test debut against England in 2012. He has played 16 test matches and picked 68 wickets at an economy of 2.27 runs per over.
He bowls stump to stump not allowing batsmen to score runs freely. Jadeja has produced match winning performances in test matches in India. At abroad he has not done justice. His average with the bat in test matches is not great.
He has two triple centuries to his name in Ranji Trophy. He is an important part of the Indian team in shorter formats. To improve his overall game, he needs to spend 1 to 2 months playing county cricket in England which will help him to become a much better all-rounder.
