4. Irfan Pathan:
Tipped to be the next Kapil Dev of team India, Irfan Pathan has not played Test cricket since 2008. The left-arm pacer, who took 100 wickets in 29 tests along with scoring 1105 runs, is one of the finest all-rounders of the country but Dhoni has continuously persisted with Ravinder Jadeja. While Jadeja has performed well with the ball in India he has struggled with both ball and bat in the overseas condition and so ignoring Pathan is completely baffling.
