Imran Tahir (South Africa):
It is hard to believe that South Africa’s exciting leggie Imran Tahir is actually the oldest member of his squad at South Africa.
Currently 37, Tahir made his international debut just 5 years ago at the age of 32 and has ever since established himself as one of the best spinners in the world at the moment. He is a smart operator who loves to bowl even with the new ball in T20s but is a more than capable wicket taker in the longest format. At 37, he is still set to play South Africa’s next tour and will be remembered as one of the best spinners the Proteas have ever produced.
In his short career, he has already picked 57 wickets in Test matches and 105 wickets in ODIs and is still getting better by the day.
