Mayank Agarwal is one of the most gifted batsmen in the domestic circuit at the moment. Agarwal impressed everyone in his debut test series against Australia in Australia last year by scoring a half-century.

At the moment the right-hander is looking in prime form after scoring two back to back double centuries (against South-Africa and Bangladesh). Agarwal averages 51.6 in first-class cricket and 50.9 in List A matches. It is only a matter of time before he is selected for India in the limited-overs format.

The 28-year-old is strong on both sides of the wicket and can hammer any bowling line up with his powerful and aggressive style of batting.  Agarwal can attack the spinners which can break their rhythm. The Kings XI Punjab player has also shown impressive footwork on fast wickets and is quick to put a short ball away with powerful pull shots.
