MS Dhoni (India)
MS Dhoni is an integral part of the Indian ODI team. He is the captain of the team and is considered to be the best finishers in modern day cricket especially in the limited overs format. He knows how to play under difficult situations. In the World Cup 2011 finals in Mumbai, he played a vital knock of 91 to help the team to win the tournament for India. His best quality is that he never loses his calm under tension. Under his captaincy he has the 2007 World T20, World Cup 2011 and Champions Trophy in 2013. His role will be finishing the matches and defend the World Cup. His ability to play the helicopter shot makes any bowler fear. If a bowler bowls to him in death overs’ and if he remains for a longer time at the crease he will a dangerous player to handle.
Hashim Amla (South Africa)
Hashim Amla is the pillar of the South African batting. His contribution at the top will go a long way in helping South Africa to make competitive totals. He knows how to play spin and pace. In Australia where the South African team lost 1-4 recently, Hashim Amla was the only batsman to provide some resistance. His form in One day internationals in recent times has been great. He must take responsibility so make sure that on those bouncy pitches, he can play a long innings so that the bowling attack can dismiss the opponent team.
Kumar Sangakkara (Sri Lanka)

Brendon McCullum (New Zealand)
Brendon McCullum is another explosive batsman for New Zealand. He is the captain of the team. His ability to charge down the wicket and play aggressive strokes makes him a dangerous player for any opponent. Playing some innovative strokes like cut, sweep. He makes the bowler think. In Australia and New Zealand where the pitches will help them as they are used to play on fast and bouncy tracks, he will be an asset for the team. The biggest problem of McCullum that he must not buckle under pressure.
David Warner (Australia)
David Warner is one of the explosive opening batsmen for Australia. He can give Australia a quick fire start to the team with his opening partner Aaron Finch. On his day he can destroy any attack and make the score look chasable. He is good runner between the wickets. The best thing about him is that he looks for runs and plays in a positive manner. If Warner and Finch get Australia off to good start then Australia will be a dangerous side at home.
