One can’t find an unlucky player Karun Nair in contemporary cricket. He has done everything to take his place in India but something or the other kept him away from the team. However, he started his road to make a comeback into the Indian side on a strong note with majestic performances in the domestic circuit.

Recently, in Duleep Trophy match, Nair consistently found the boundary with his drives, punches and flicks against the seamers. Against spinners, he used his feet to either go to the pitch of the ball and loft down the ground or go back and cut a square of the wicket. Every shot appeared to come from the middle the bat; the timing was crisp. Karun had scored 99 and 166 not out for India Blue,
